A paid receipt is required to pick up vehicles. The name shown on the paid receipt for a vehicle or equipment will be the name listed on the vehicle’s title (No exceptions allowed). Buyers of vehicles will be required to bring signed title, receipt, and photo ID to the KPD in order to pick vehicles up. Buyer will be directed to the pick up location at that time. Any buyer who does not pick up vehicles in the alloted time frame will be charged an additional impound fee by the Kearney Police Department. All property sold by the Kearney Police Department is sold "as is" with no warranties or guarantees of any kind by the City of Kearney.
